Indian Test skipper Virat Kohli is one of the most followed sportsperson in the social media all over the globe. Apart from excellent batting skills, his way of bonding with other stars across the fields makes him an absolutely adorable person.
With Euro 2016 currently going on, Kohli—few weeks back—showed his support for the German football team by donning their jersey. In a tweet, he donned the number 18 jersey, which also happens to be Germany midfielder Toni Kroos’ number.
Kroos quickly replied back to that tweet, praising the cricketer’s choice of jersey number.

Despite being busy with the national team, the German player kept his word. Kroos sent a signed jersey, which Kohli acknowledged through his Twitter account, soon after receiving his gift.

Having eased through the group stage and qualifying top of their group, Germany will face Italy in the quarterfinals of the Euro 2016 in France on Sunday and Kroos will have a bigger role to play. Kohli, on the other hand, will be leading the Indian side for a Test series to West Indies in July.
